Products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue them.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. We may contact you if there is an issue with stock, pricing, payment, delivery information, or suspected fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we will arrange a refund.

Prices and payment

Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final total will be shown at checkout before you place your order. The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card details.

Delivery

Available delivery options, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Refunds and cancellations

Our Refund Policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one. Refunds are available when an item arrives damaged or faulty, or when you receive an item different from what you ordered, subject to applicable consumer rights. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, scent preference, or an item ordered by mistake, except where required by law.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before it is dispatched. We will do our best to help.

Safe use of incense

Please follow the instructions supplied with each product. Use burning incense on a suitable heat-resistant holder in a ventilated area, away from children, pets, and flammable items. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Website content

The Royal Bakhour name, branding, photographs, text, graphics, and other website content belong to MADHOOR STORE or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not copy or use its content commercially without written permission.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, delivery, and other services may be provided by third parties, which may have their own terms and privacy policies. Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.

Website availability and liability

We work to keep our website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
